A Tool for Increasing Motivation

In order to be an effective manager or leader requires you to be an efficient motivator in commodity trading jobs. To do this you must come to understand the people you are attempting to motivate. If you try and motivate people-oriented workers with task related advice it will go in one ear and out the other. Trying to motivate task-oriented workers with people related advice won’t work either. Motivation requires the right tool for the right job. Approach the task-oriented worker from the task perspective giving advice that is task related. Likewise approach the people-oriented worker from the people perspective giving advice that is people related. You can give the same advice you usually would just frame the advice from the proper perspective and you will successfully motivate their actions.

 

Thoughts On Structured Settlement Sales

I’ve been looking into
Structured Settlement Sales lately. The trouble with these deals is they almost always heavily favor the buyer.
Looking into Structured Settlement Quotes on the net, I’ve come up with more questions than answers. It’s tough to know what the best decision is.
It’s frustrating, but I’m going to have to make a decision one way or another at some point.
