My Personal Experience With Financial Planner Careers

Tuesday, September 30th, 2008

It seems to me that
Financial Planner Careers would be a good fit for me. I like learning about money and finance in general, and would love to help people get their financial houses in order.
I’ve read up on
Certified Financial Planner Certification, and it looks like a law degree is a fine background for the business.
I’d much rather help people find financial independence than keep working for bit corporations suing each other.
Let me know what you think about all this.

Monday, September 29th, 2008

I’m thinking of checking out
How to Become a Financial Planner. It would be a shift, but I think I would enjoy it. I’d like to help real people get their finances in order.
I’ve been researching Independent Financial Advisors in particular. Registration requirements aren’t too bad for someone with my background/
I’d much rather help people find financial independence than keep working for bit corporations suing each other.
I’ll be looking forward to your comments.

Switching To Socially Responsible Investing

Sunday, September 28th, 2008

It used to be that focusing on
Socially Responsible Investing meant getting subpar returns. I think that time has passed. Nowadays, Green stocks are hot, and I think that a world-wide boom in sustainable enterprise is just beginning.
I’m especially excited about the potential of Socially Responsible Investments. Green enterprise and eco-friendly business practices are absolutely essential to our future.
There’s no longer a need to compromise between profits and responsibility - there are plenty of great businesses out there that can offer both.
Ok - that’s it for today.

Learning About Canada Forex

I’ve been curious lately about Canada Forex.
The looney has reached record highs against the dollar several times recently.
I’ve read up as much as I can on Canadian Currency Exchange, and I think I have enough to get started.
Of course I’m hardly new to forex, so adding one more currency shouldn’t be too tough.
Please comment and let me know what you think.

Make Sure You Have The Proper Paperwork For Your FHA Loan Application.

Friday, September 26th, 2008

When you are in the process of getting an Fha loan, you need to make sure that you have all the proper paperwork that you need in order to finish the loan process. Usually your loan officer will tell you right up front everything that you need and he wants you to get it all while he is going through the process because sometimes there are items that take a while to get and the longer it takes to get paperwork, the bigger delay there will be in the process of the FHA loan application and this means that you won’t be able to get into your house very soon.

Is Automated Forex Trading a Smart Way to Go?

Wednesday, September 24th, 2008

It can be hard to have the time to truly follow the minute to minute fluctuations of a complicated market, especially the foreign currency market. That is precisely what makes forex trading a difficult, but extremely rewarding, endeavor. However, many automated forex trading systems boast huge hypothetical returns during testing, and these systems are often customizable to perform certain actions in certain specific situations. Ultimately, the choice is yours, but many traders are opening their arms to automated assistance.

Tuesday, September 23rd, 2008

What’s worse than an employee not considering a retirement plan? It’s definitely investing in one without consulting the IRS tax tables beforehand. The tables might seem overwhelming at first with all the numbers and ideas, however; once you master the basic terms such as: tax return, tax credit, tax deduction, and percentage interest, you’ll find it an easy task. Research those terms and get cracking.

Have you heard about repairing your credit? If you have, and you are considering utilizing a credit repair service to help you repair your credit, then you need to be aware that there are legitimate and trustworthy organizations to help you repair your credit, and there are also fraudulent organizations that want to do nothing more than steal your money or your identity.
