General Liability Insurnace: Without It, Your Company Will Look Fake.
Monday, November 24th, 2008I’ve worked for myself nearly fifteen years. And over that time, I’ve learned a few things, both professionally and personally, that I like to share with others.
A great example of this came a few years ago when a friend of mine asked me to consult him on his first business plan.
He was in the process of starting his own jersey contracting company and his bank wanted to see not only a business plan, but a proposed list of long-term expenses.
“To begin with, I told him, you’re going to need General Liability Insurnace before you can even bid on any work. Without it, and people won’t consider you legit.”
