I’m currently going for my associates degree in business management with an emphasis in administration, however I feel that this degree choice is limiting. I graduate in September and I’m thinking about continuing on to get a bachelors degree in business finance. I’m 21 and I don’t know EXACTLY what I want to do but I feel I would enjoy a career in finance (not accounting exactly), what kind of careers would be an option for me with a bachelors degree in business finance?

My finance is swearing all the time, & I have a 7 year old boy, & we have a baby on the way. I don’t think it is good for my son to hear these words all the time. Often he uses cuss words in a normal conversation. He also has a short temper & simple things get him to swear & yell. I don’t want to raise kids like this, how do I get him to stop. Isn’t it bad for kids to hear?

I own two condos one, I live the other I am renting out. Both dont have any equity yet. I already have 51% debt to income. I can still afford MXM 5K down including closing costs and tax prepayments. My interest is to buy foreclosures and sell after ~2 yrs. I am aiming at high end units that can currently be bought at ~200K but will apraise to ~350 in about 6mos. Is there a way to find finance in this situation.
