All companies and corporate giants are aware about chapter 7 bankruptcy and the constant threat of bankruptcy processes. In fact, this is a problem brewing across all business segments, pervading even low cost airlines. Why else do you think the U.S airline industry is speedily pacing towards low fares and low cost airlines? The attempt is to curb losses that may end up in Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
For example, American Airlines’ is planning to usher in more space for its economy class passengers so about 150 of its aircrafts would be newly refitted with the new scheme of packing in as many passengers are possible even if it means less space and discomfort.
