BIRDDOG ALERT: I’m offering 1% finders fee on my 63 unit apartment for sale in Thunderbay Ontario. That’s $22,500.00 in your pocket if you bring the buyer to the table. This is no joke. It will be a win win situation if I can sell my building so please try and find me a buyer and I’ll gladly pay you 1% of the purchase price which amounts to 22.5k. Please email this to all your friends who might need money. Details at: mshinvestments(.)com

Hey
Just inquiring what is the best way to start my life in investing in real estate and is starting by paying for those expensive seminars the right way or not?
I am a 20 year old student who has a diploma in management and will be doing his degree in property economics soon but doesn’t know where to start.
I have recently met an amazing real estate investor by the name of Kevin Greene in a seminar and he has inspired me to go further and learn more.

“Soft Costs” are expenses related to your flip that aren’t pre-set. Things like holding costs, utilities, etc.
