What does a county bail bondsman do? Just like what every other bail bondsman does, of course- with the exception that a county bail bondsman will work within a certain county and not in a city. All bail bondsmen are essential guarantors that front defendants in a case money for bail in exchange for a fee, usually 10% of the required bail and will at the same time give the court a guarantee that they could help the defendant make their court appearance on the appointed date. If the defendant flees, they could hire a bounty hunter to bring the defendant in.
