It used to be that focusing on
Green Investing meant getting subpar returns. I think that time has passed. Nowadays, Green stocks are hot, and I think that a world-wide boom in sustainable enterprise is just beginning.
I’m especially excited about the potential of Socially Responsible Investments. Green enterprise and eco-friendly business practices are absolutely essential to our future.
Even the tiny effort of choosing to invest your personal savings in businesses who look to the future can make a difference if enough of us choose to do it.
I’ll post more soon.

Property tax also helps pay for services including community programs, parks, civic centers, libraries and schools, and quite often, school districts receive a large portion of property taxes. Property tax administration is the responsibility of local government, and he authority of the department is limited to assisting local government units in making property tax assessments that are fair and in compliance with the law. Property taxes may also be put into escrow and payments made as part of a homeowner’s monthly mortgage payment.

You know, I’m sick and tired of getting a lousy rate on my savings. I’ve decided to check out High Yield Online Savings. It’s plain to me that most of the options there are a much better deal than I’ve been getting. I mean after all, it’s my money, and I’m lending it to them. They should pay for the privilege. And why should I have to pay fees to them? It’s not like I get to charge them fees when I borrow money from them. I’ve been checking out the best place to Open a Checking Account Online. They’re a pretty good deal. Low fees, good rates, good access. And I can use any bank’s ATM. I know some people have issues with not being able to meet their bankers in person, but honestly I don’t really care about that. In fact, I think most people would be better off switching to an online bank. Ok - that’s it for today.
